Butcher's shop since 1800 a six generations tradition of our family

We are Gianpaolo, Gilberto, Simone e Luca; you’ll find us in our shop in Sopramonte, few kilometers far from Trento.

For six generations we have been creating delicatessen and products believing in the lessons and productive processes of the Alpine traditions.

The butcher’s shop is not simply a shop, because it results from handicraft processes made of selected breading, a workshop and the strength of traditional productions.

Our butcher’s shop is also a workshop, where we create food culture and we transfer to costumers our experiences and gastronomic techniques we learnt by our ancestors and especially by Mamma Albertina.
